Booking an Appointment

How to make an appointment

We are a very busy practice and we regularly review our appointment booking system so that we offer the best possible service to our patients. Routine appointments with a GP are normally 12 minutes each.

Please telephone our patient number on 01622 890294 to book an appointment at either our main practice or for an appointment at our branch surgery in Biddenden.Alternatively, you may book an appointment through our electronic booking system, you need to have been allocated a PIN number by reception to be able to do this. To register please provide two forms of identification which include your passport or drivers licence and a utilities bill at reception, you will then be provided with a PIN number.

If you already have an account please click here to login to Patient Access.

Urgent cases are usually seen on the day.

These appointments will now be dealt with in a practitioner lead clinic, Vickie, our specialist practitioner will run these clinics. She is able to see patients with minor injuries (sprains, cuts, wounds, suspected brokern bones etc) and patients with minor ailments (coughs, colds, sore throats, earache etc). Vickie is able to issue prescriptions, request x-rays, and refer to other specialist if deemed appropriate.

If you need an X-ray we can give you the form & you can go straight to the X-ray dept for an instant report, bypassing A&E if there in no fracture seen, this will save you time not having to wait in A&E.
