Please note all telephone calls to and from the surgery & pharmacy are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Also, the practice and pharmacy internal & external areas are covered by CCTV.

Communication with our patients
We want to improve our communication with our patients and want to make sure you can read and understand the information we send to you. If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments, please let us know. We would like to know if you need information in Braille, large print or easy read. We would also like to know if you need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate. We would like to know if we can support you to lip-read or use a hearing aid or communication tool. Please call the surgery or let us know on your next visit.
